With the hiss of the steam around her she didn't notice the sound of paw steps behind her and the moisture in the air she didn't catch his scent till he was right behind her. Her darker colored ears twitched at the sound of the stranger's voice, asking where he was. She would turn her head to look over her shoulder, her split colored ruby and green eyes opening and fixing on the two-toned wolf. Athena would look over him briefly, taking in his unusual markings and his height that towered over her own. At thirty six inches tall, it wasn't often that she met someone that had such a height difference with her. She smirked and stood so she could face him before settling on her haunches once more. "No need to run off so quickly. This place is called Devil's Spout. Not nearly as sinister as the name makes it out to be, though you do need to look out so that you don't get boiled."
