you fit into me like a hook into an eye

She knew perfectly well the torments she was putting him through, honestly maybe that was why she enjoyed his company so much. It had been such a long time that she had gone with unrequited love, lusting after those around her and receiving none in return. Yes she had tempted and teased many but it had always seemed that the ones she wanted had never wanted her in return. This was different. There was a mutual attraction that made her muscles quiver beneath her pelt, something different then what Desiree did to her. Not better, not worse simply different. Maybe it was a gender thing. She didn't know but for the first time in forever her purple nymph would slip from the forefront of her mind and she would focus on the here and now. She shivered as she heard the intake of air as she passed, felt the soft tug against her undercoat as he came just within reach. She would simply smile coyly in return as red form slipped into the water. As she had hoped he would follow her with little hesitation, larger frame pressing up against her's as he spoke. She didn't shy away from the attention. "Trouble? Not as much as me it seems. Scars or it didn't happen!" She chimed easily, a soft chuckle rolling from her lips. His next words brought an honest laugh up from the depths of her stomach, her shoulders rising and falling with the sound even as he began grooming the mess from her neck. Desiree had been amazing enough to summon a healer to help put a salve on but that was almost gone now. What it needed was to be cleaned and apparently he was the right man for the job. "Oh please Mr.Black, can I ever get this mess fixed!" She asked, feigning distress as she tossed her head back so her nose was in the air and she was looking at him sort of upside down, still smiling like a minx. Yes? She had missed him, more then she had thought, it was the easy banter that she enjoyed so much, he seemed a bit different though now. More light hearted. "Is everything all sorted now? Have you killed who needed to be killed?" She really couldn't help it, the curiosity was eating at her. Her head lowered a bit so she was looking more ahead, tone suddenly somber. Last time they had met he had spoken of revenge, it had really been what had drawn her to him, that drive and desire to get what he wanted. Had he achieved that yet? |
