Quote:She doesn?t know where she is, only that she sees an ivory-pelted girl. She cannot detect much about her, only that she is nudging her upwards, an Amalia?s weak legs feel compliant for a moment. The chill sits heavy upon her bones, pressing close to the stranger as she seeks her warmth. She finds herself settled into a den, head collapsing to the ground as she follows the command to stay. There?s not much else to do in her condition; she?s freezing cold and weak, her life in the hands of this merciful girl.
A rabbit is placed in front of her, her savior sitting in a farther corner of the den. Amalia begins to eat, a chill ever present along her spine as she continues to shiver visibly. A question is asked and her ears perk up, cold-toned eyes lifting to lock upon the other girl. ?Where am I?? she asks, confused. It Is clear that she knows not neither where she is, nor how she has gotten here. Sense seems to be returning to her at any rate. ?Thank you,? she says, truly grateful.
She hopes that she will not get the girl in any trouble. She would hate to bring harm to one who had put herself on the line to help her. Amalia owes this stranger a debt now, and at the very least that means she will do what is necessary to avoid getting her in trouble over her charity.
