Soliloquy was now settling somewhat into this new pack, though of course truthfully the young Destruction still longed for a higher rank one hopefully that would bring him equal to his brother. He was used to being the lowest, he was only a yearling and had grown up a commoner in Uroril, hardly something that the wolves there would really admire. He'd never had the chance to prove himself too young and with blood supposedly lacking the power, now though he not only hoped for the opportunity, he craved it. He had been moulded in his brother's image, expected to grow to impressive heights he just needed the opportunity to prove it, that silly test of Scorpion's certainly hadn't proven anything.
Despite that desire however, there was no way he was going to remain cooped up constantly. For starters there were other members of the Destruction family that were just waiting to be found. Amongst them were his elder siblings but there was a whole range of other family he'd never even heard about, he may have had no idea what to expect from them, but he was most certainly intrigued none the less. Additionally surely recruiting others for Covari, Destruction or not, was a step in the right direction, one that would bring recognition through spreading the word about this pack. It was after all how he'd joined in the first place, through his brother's word. Without it he'd still be aimlessly wandering the lands of Alacritia.
So perhaps the reasons were only an excuse, one to make him look better. Deep down, pack member or not he didn't need a reason to take a walk where ever he pleased. He was doing no harm, breaking no laws and so there surely couldn't be any problem at all with him exploring the local lands around his pack and so Soliloquy had now found himself in the Fern Gully, from the scent a piece of land that had once belonged to the very same pack that had staked a claim in the Range before Viridiana had come along.
