Panic would strike him. The boy running full pelt towards the borders of the ebony boy. He had remained nearby, though indecisive as to where he wanted to go. His mind showed him a dream, no. A nightmare. Full of blood and curdled screams. What it meant he did not know, but he would suddenly grow worried for the boy he had come to adore. He ran as fast as he could, paws digging into the snow as Winter had finally set in, coating everything in fresh powder. Heart hammered against his chest, and it was as he neared the borders he would hear a single voice crying out for names unknown to him. Ears flattened to his skull, and though he knew it might possibly be dangerous to pass the border line without the ebony boy, he would not simply stand there and wait for someone to come by. He would cross, paws churning the snow as he pin pointed Kyung's lone cries. Echo was a tracker, and it always served him well in dire situations.

Breath would grow ragged from the running, though it was mostly due to the fact he was not used to the mountain air. And yet, he would not stop until a choking stench would reach him. Stopping in his tracks, he would scent the air. Yes, the scent of blood was thick and heavy...sickness hung in the air like a plague, and his fear grew evermore. He knew not where Kyung was, though he only needed to follow his nose to the underlying scent of the pitch black boy. The closer he got, the more he could taste the sickness overpowering the scent of the other boy. Amber eyes sought the dark form, standing outside of the den he assumed belonged to him. Without second thought he would rush towards him, closing the distance as he looked at him with panic in his eyes. "K-Kyung? What happened to you?!" It was obvious, that not even the ebony boy would know. However, Echo would remain by his side and try to figure out what was going on. His better judgment told him not to get close to the black male, but he would cast that aside and do what his heart told him. He would draw close, body pressing against Kyung for comfort, if only to soothe the other male to some degree until help arrived.
