They would be coming any day. Devya was starting to get rather wide, and he wondered if they would ever catch Raisa before they entered the world. Such questions would arouse within him when he heard a call for a meeting, not called by Raisa. He would grumble slightly as he nudged his very pregnant mate out of her slumber. He would help her up and out of the den, leaning into her side as they walked to the meeting place. Already a few wolves had gathered, his curiosity was still running rampant as he would sit on the outskirts of the circle. He would nuzzle Devya protectively as his haunches coiled beneath him and he waited for the woman to announce what might be going on. I can talk! |
