"They'll come back soon," she said in a hopeful, reassuring tone to the boy, watching him. She would blink at the male when he said something about flying. She had never really thought about it, but maybe that was because she didn't have much of an imagination these days. "I haven't really thought about it," she said in all honesty, "I've never thought about spreading my wings and flying through the sky with the winds carrying me," she would say, looking at Chrono curiously. She was singing the song of a caged bird. |
