SERPENTS KISS

And once again Valhalla would fall. This time, into the hands of a stranger that seemed just fine cozying up in the same lands that the previous pack wolves called home. Blue eyes were emotionless as she stepped into the plains that had been her home for so long - this was the place that her father was buried, her mentor was buried, where she had ruled for nearly a year. And yet it was her home no longer - she was here to bid it farewell and see just what the lands were in for in the future.
The wolves here would be strangers to her, and yet the surrounding area was full of scents that she found familiar. It was an odd sensation, to see these invaders intrude upon her home as if they had any right to be here. Still, she would sit quietly in the thick of the little gathering, eyes not sure who to rest on - she knew not who made the call. But she would soon know, whoever started barking introductions and orders to this false Valhalla would get her full attention. All in due time.
