Ears slipped forward at a female's voice, harsh and annoying, telling him to step away from the tree. Pfft, as if, Australis was no longer a child, and so he would not allow himself to be bossed around by a fool. So, instead of backing away from the fallen tree, the boy stood tall. Silently he would hop up onto the tree, head and tail held high yet hackles laying flat against his body. She may have seemed a bit older than himself and thought she was tough, but so did he. He towered over the woman, not too difficult if he were down on the ground anyway, eyes narrowed and gaze hardened, cold on the woman. "You are not my mother." Voice was harsh, yet not barked like the woman had to, his naturally was rough and cruel. "Nor do you have ANY authority here." The skin around his nose wrinkled in a scowl, tail lashing behind his large frame. He would do as he pleased in these lands, no one had claimed him, and so, he wouldn't take orders from some wench he didn't even know. Slowly his lip would pull back, flashing his canines. speech. thoughts. you" |
