The male had been with his mate here before, but they didn't do what he had planned. His paws would trek the iced land once again, his orbs turning to face Esperanza. The last time they were here, Chrono had proposed that they should be more than friends. Something he wasn't sure he even understood. She had told him of her recent demotion in Glaciem, but soon after she came to Tortuga and claimed it as her new home. The two could be together and sure Chrono was happy. He just didn't want to be happy. He ran ahead of the woman, stopping and turning to face her. He waited for her to catch up, whether she took her time or took off with him.
