She had most certainly been heard. The King's head lifted from the lake in the pasture. He could not have been in a farther point from her if he'd tried. Water dripped from his muzzle as he pivoted away from the lake and toward the source of her call. Taking up a fast-paced lope, Gerhardt would make his way with urgency toward her call. Memberships had been slower since they'd moved, but he knew that would pick up again and be as steady as it had been before. Gerhardt was not so worried about such things anymore, mostly because they were set at an approximate twenty members. The new pups were exciting additions, and everything seemed to be going well. The King would always worry, but right now he worried just a bit less.

He came onto the scene, spotting a multi-hued woman standing respectfully at the borders. "It was you who called?" The question was partially rhetorical, because it was an easy answer. She was the only one there, so she must be the one who called. Still, he wanted to ask out of courtesy. "I am Gerhardt, King of Seracia." He paused, dipping his head slowly. "Is there something I can do for you?" Gerhardt was interested in what had brought her here, and just exactly what her intentions were. Haunch would seek the earth as he settled to a sitting position, resting amethyst eyes upon her.
