The breeze ruffled his fur, Rin's eyes closing against it as he enjoyed the warmth in the air. His gaze would open then, ears tilting back as he heard a slight rustling in the thicket behind him. Was something there? Slowly his head would turn to stare behind him, but seeing nothing. "Hmmm..." A lop-sided frown would show itself on his face, the boy turning back to look ahead of him before he started to move. Paws carried him towards the sandy beach, fur prickling, feeling like something was there yet unseen. A shift in the winds, another sound would bring his suspicion around.
He'd turn towards the trees, calm and collected though on guard. He didn't know who was there, just that it was someone"I know you're there, I can smell you." He called into the brush, head tilting slightly to the side to try and see through the foliage in which the stranger was hiding.
