Now is his time, as much as hers. Novocaine could see himself building himself up to be something greater here, could see hard work and training pushing him towards his ultimate goal, and while he would never seek to surpass Artemis in her conquest he could see himself becoming greatest of his litter mates; they had not bled and nearly died for the right to step foot upon these lands, had not braved their own demons, had not felt their body refuse to respond to their own mind?s commands all for the sake of the forest, at least not that he was aware of.
She would finally settle, unmatched eyes watching him, Novocaine remained standing however a cocky grin once more rising upon his face as she spoke. ?I would have it no other way.? Novocaine shifted his weight, ?In fact the sooner the better.?
