She continued on her sightless path, letting the rain and wind guide her. If the rain wasn't stinging her skin, she wouldn't have minded the weather at all. She had slept many nights in the open on rainy nights, freezing snow falls and steaming summer nights. This she could easily overlook and just keep moving. She missed the red woman, she realized that now. There had seemed to be an easy flow between them, no matter how they had first chanced a glimpse upon each other. Rohini was not one to hold grudges. But she had to distance herself, she couldn't allow herself to grow to close to anyone.
Why must everyone she looked to disappear from her life? Maybe she just had to keep relying on herself always. She wouldn't allow Vir to get to close only to be crushed when she would watch her walk out of her life. No, not like Destruction or Squall, not like the other Seracians, or Epiphron. No not ever again would she suffer through losing someone she could trust and lean on. It was just her in this world and that was it.
A voice caused her to stop mid-step. Ears twitched, flicking water off them before her head would slowly turn and fix an odd marked wolf with her green orbs. Tail flickered at her hocks nervously as she watched him, unsure of his motives. He did not seem threatening, at least not right now. "Hi..." She would respond in a light voice, eyes searching his purple hues with unspoken questions.
