Spring Folly

The boy enjoyed the quite of the moment, there was a peace to the sound of the soft gurgling of the stream and the quite lapping of the moving water. He was truly starting to love these lands, even if they where becoming quieter then he would like. He would half drifting of to sleep when there came a very sudden, and very determined weight to his rump. With a single cry the boy would slide forward and plummet head first into the water he had just earlier been admiring. With his paws having laid dipped against the surface he had no traction or power to stop the sudden push against him. He would come up spluttering a moment later and tossing his head, looking at Sib whos paws duck into the earth by the bank to keep her on the dry side before she came a few steps closer to the bank. She would greet him then, a single, innocent word. The boys reply would be to growl and swipe at the woman's legs in an attempt to drag her in after him. ?No respect for the Alpha he was muttering under his breath, but there was a dancing to his eyes that told her he was jesting.
