She accepted his embrace and he curled around her tighter for it. His mind was still trying to work out the kinks that he hadn't untied, but soon, he would relax into her slender bodice. Her head moved beneath his, causing his chin to rest on her cranium without any awkward positioning. The sadness and guilt still washed over her like waves, causing him to catch them as they rolled. His eyes closed as she returned his love and apologized again. "We will work through this," he softly voiced, wanting to do nothing more than whisk her away from her troubles for a lifetime.
