He would grin, mischief dancing across his face. A bow would lower him, laughter bubbling again in her throat. She would scoff at his words, rolling her eyes with mock disbelief. Before she would response, he was rushing forward, sending a wave of water crashing over her. Legs would flail in an attempt to get her out of the way but to no avail. Water crashed down over her, earning him a cry of surprise. She would back out of the water leading them both to shore as he attempted to close the distance between them. Once on dry land, she would shake the excess water from her pelt, sending out a shower of little droplets. Her tail would flick away water before curling at her hocks. A smirk played on her lips as she met his lavender gaze. "You are awful." Words were soft and teasing, lined with wicked amusement. Water continued to drip from her pelt, though with the warm weather it would dry in no time. Standing at the waters edge, she would wait for him to catch up, and stand beside her. A nervous excitement settled in her belly now that she was once again in his presence, though it didnt cross her features once. The russet Queen had yet to voice any of her feelings to anyone, unsure of whether she was right or wrong in how she felt after everything that happened. It was an internal war that waged constantly within the confines of her chest, ready to be ended at any moment, but she wasn't sure that it was ever going to be released, if she was cursed to forever dwell in her hidden feelings.
