He was slightly confused why she laid down, not running away like most did after they joined their bodies. Instead she rested her head on her paws, telling him another day. Another day indeed, they always came back. To make sure his little Dove would come back to him and not to any other, he padded up to her and laid down on the hard packed earth by her side. Affection wasn't something that he usually did, in fact he usually just watched them run away from him in shame after. But no, this one stayed. Should he bring her back to the crypt and keep her in the maze with Goldilocks? Perhaps, maybe he could steal her away if he played it right, just like everything else. Letting out a sigh, he reached over and began to groom her fur, gently tugging her chain from her multi-hued coat. If he played the nice guy, maybe he could trick her into coming back with him. Perhaps Charaz really could gather his own harem... |
