The wait wasn't long, the ice queen seeming to materialize in the distance before her and slowly draw closer. She had missed her queen, they had been apart since their original talk, when Morphine had finally given Vi a job that she desired to do. When she had taken the time to speak to the russet woman and find out what made her tick, something Kaien had never bothered to do. Maybe that was all she ever needed in a leader, someone who would put her to work, get to know her and give her a purpose in life. She and complacency didn't mix well at all. To sit and do nothing after the move from their old home had nearly killed her. Morphine had been her saving grace, her angel and for that Vi would do anything for her. Their new leader may be great, may do the same but Morphine had done it first and that would always be how it would go. She was a loyal bitch, only to one or two at a time though, the only thing that would ever sever those ties would be Morphine dismissing her or dying. And she prayed that neither would happen any time soon.

"My queen" Vi responded as she approached, easy smile settling on her features as it always did, head tipping politely to the side so her neck was in view. She would always submit to the ice queen... But smiles would dissipate as words turned to a more serious topic. She stood for a moment, gaze turning to the sea as the breeze tugged at immaculate fur. She had made sure to be well groomed for this meeting though she knew that she would never out shine her queen. Her white pelt was stunning as always, silver eyes sharp and invasive almost. She almost shivered but refrained as maw opened and words gathered in her throat. "I saw from a distance, Kaien's death, his forfeit and his weakness. I will admit to having never cared for him but he was our leader none the less and I was sorry that he had to die..." she said honestly. Morphine knew she had never really loved Kaien. She hadn't hated him but she had defiantly never cared for him or held any desire to go out of her way to do things for him.

But even as her words drifted away on the breeze a frown furrowed her brow, sharp graze turning to Morphine as she chose her next words carefully. She didn't want to make assumptions or say anything out of line so she settled for the most obvious question. "What does this mean for you?" She asked, though she really wanted to asked what it meant for them. Did the white bitch know how much Vi cared for her, that she would do whatever Morphine asked of her? Would Morphine stay with the pack, leave or challenge for sole ownership? Maybe Desdemona would ask Morphine to rule with her? There were so many options, so many questions to be answered but this was the most important. What happened to Morphine was all that mattered to her. It was all she wanted to know and they could and would speak from there.

Speech!
