The Dawn Poured into Me

The rogue life was becoming more boring than Pandora could stand. She was not a happy camper in regards to being on her own. The cobalt babe missed the structured life of a pack, as much as she hated to think about rules. Boundaries were endless in the wild and they had become too overwhelming for her. Yet, there was a sweetness to it all that made her grateful to be able to go anywhere she pleased.
Lately, she had been enjoying the South, an area of Alacritis she had never considered liking. She had the thick fur of her father, making it easier for her to deal with the harsh, cold weathers. Nevertheless, as she approached the outskirts of the beach, she silently enjoyed the brush of salty wind caress her skin. With it being night, the temperature was a cool sixty-nine degrees -- a number she felt had meaning.
A familiar scent then hit her delicate nose. Pandora's eyes, which had been closed, snapped open when she realized who it was. Thoughts of the past flashed in her mind (particularly that one dream) and she slowly left her self-claimed perch. Golden-dipped paws led Pandora's frame towards Scorpion's relaxed figure, of which was looking out to the ocean's wide capacity. Her body's silhouette stood out in the right places by the moon's light, confidence quietly brimming beneath the surface. Yet, not a word containing that confidence left her dark lips. Instead, she stopped a few feet from the male, watching him with intense interest.
