He felt honored that Quelt still invited him to the visit of his mother's grave site, even if it was his right to be there as one of Elsa's children. He was eager to visit it because he had never been there before and he felt like it might give him that small bit of closure he had been lacking for so long. His now well-defined leg muscles were carrying him with grace and speed through the Ebony territory towards the cave where she had died. Elsa had been giving birth to them, she had brought them into the world and died trying, and for that he would always be grateful to her. The truth was, while he would never admit it, he desperately missed his mother and he wished that he could have known her.

He found that he had constantly been hiding behind an emotional shielf which he had only lowered for his faithful leopard friend Vivanna, his siblings, and perhaps Bass. The thing was is he couldn't really remember if he had told Bass about how he had decided to cope with the losses in his life. He supposed that it would not matter either way. "Vivianna, keep up!" He called out to the clouded leopard who had been falling behind. "I'm trying!" She would call back softly and he would grin as he slowed down to meet her pace. "Thanks for coming along Vivi... I've never been here before and... it's really good to have you here." He said, giving her a slight bump of the shoulder as they both raced to catch up to Quelt. He had halted at the borders next to Quelt, Vivi on his other side as he awaited with the hope of the queen allowing them to cross to visit such a site as important to Darrah as his mother's grave.
