It's Time to Fight Once More {River Flood!}

It wasn't that no one cared, maybe no one saw him. Maybe they thought he could make it or maybe they were too busy figuring out their selves. But his desperate crawls against the wind were useless. The only way he could move is if he got up. But it was all worth it for his lover. His haunches sprung, but he didn't have any time to dig his claws into the ground, and he went tumbling across the grasses, mud spraying about the place before he felt his back drop and was now floating. His eyes were shut tight, and he couldn't think anything but "was he dead?" He opened his eyes to a mucky and swirling water, suddenly gasping for air. He reached the surface, but couldn't stay up; the water had grown more since someone had last been in. His lungs took in gulps of filthy stream water, and soon he started to sink. In his last moments, he didn't think of Esper or his unborn children, instead he thought of Murrell, the brother he betrayed. And so came the dark, black tunnel. And at the end where the light was?
