He arrived, fashionably late, but he arrived nonetheless. He took his place beside Maija and smiled. He looked over the pack he had joined. He would like to say of his own volition, but technically he could make no such claim. Although he was beyond willing to be in the pack he was claimed. Not that he didn't intend to join, or comply, or excel, the alpha had simply beat him to the punch.
His eyes fell on the summoner, his stomach twisting slightly as he looked her over. Something about her seemed....Familiar. Unpleasantly so. Who was she. His eyes narrowed as he tried to place why exactly she looked so familiar but he simply had no idea. His eyes drifted over hers and it struck him head on. Those blue eyes, those deep blue eyes. He knew them from the tranquil pools that he had grown to hate. Rage built inside him the longer he looked into them, a name whispering in his ear, making his hair stand on end. Cairo. He clenched his jaw tightly to fight back the growing snarl in his throat. She was Adravendi. She was his adversary.
