Standing together

He nervously watched her, the small boy making note of what she said through his eyes. As he nodded his head he gave a sigh and shivered slightly. He was in a strange place with strange wolves and they were being nice to him. It made him scared that'd they'd do something to him. It wasn't like he could do much, he was too weak right now unless his other self was in control. He looked at th girl who had looked after him before finding a spot by himself to curl up in keeping his eyes open so that he wasn't defenseless. Tally on his back pet the boy on the head hopefully to calm him down.

Nia didn't want to seem like a burden, after all his whole existence had been pegged on being a mistake and no one told him why. His ears pinned to the back of his head. It wouldn't make a difference since he was deaf. Yet a small sigh escaped his lips as he looked outside.
