It had pretty much became a daily routine for the growing Olympus boy, leaving the family den early in the morning and walking around the claimed territory. Sometimes he would sit and watch the animals go by, watching how they interacted with each other and when they found themselves alone. It was interesting, it was in a way similar to how wolves in the pack interacted while also being different in their own way. Was everything, in some way, connected like this? Those few similarities within the large pool of differences. One day, he would find out, it would become a goal for the boy.

On this particular day, while the sun was beginning to set, the boy's orange gaze had spotted something out of place just ahead of him. In the sea of reds, oranges, pinks and green, the boy saw a figure beside the stream, almost blue with darker markings on their back. A young wolf like him, one of the new members that had appeared at the meeting his mother and father had called sometime ago. He hadn't actually talked or played with this individual, didn't even know what her name was. Should he know that? They were in the same pack after all.

With a deep breath he moved on, steps casual and steady, not in a rush yet also not hanging back. Dark lips curled in a friendly smile, the distance between the two growing smaller with each step. Just a few yards behind the girl, keeping his right side towards the stream, the boy barked, low and friendly, announcing his presence so that she wasn't cut off guard. Paws carried him forward before stopping Hercules just four feet away, head tilting to the side briefly before righting itself. "Hi there, I'm Hercules!" He greeted in a warm tone.
