First Impressions Can Mean Alot

The voice that called out to him was a strange one indeed, certainly not one he knew by heart. Instantly the Azat was curious, raising to his paws and walking out of his stone den. He paused at the entrance, looking back to eye the still dozing Wren. Bass' grin was soft as his golden eyes took in the sight of her curled there, still getting used to the fact that he had a wife. The mere thought was enough to bring a warm glow to his cheeks, and with one last long look he took off for the borders. The run was a short one -- he was hardly out of breath by the time he got there. Eyes carefully took in the stranger, a brow raising slightly. It took him awhile, it was obvious that the gears were grinding in his head to try and piece together who this male was. Finally it came to him, Song had told him about the black and white male who ruled at her side. What was his name again? Lips smacked together as his mind gave him one last clue -- Dhiren. "Greetings cousin. To what honor do I have of meeting you here today?" He asked. There was a softness to his voice, family was everything to the man. Coming up in front of him he sat down, white tail curling around his paws. Was it politics that drove him here today, or just curious about his neighboring family?
