Strong was certainly not a word that Emer would personally use to describe herself. Weak seemed far more appropriate. She had been cared for and supported by her family for the first part of her life, wondered alone as a rogue for a year before getting herself into serious trouble and breaking down any fa?ade she had ever created towards the illusion that she was strong. From there it was only through the strength of Valhalla and of Valerius that she had continued to keep going, had been any sort of mother to her children.
Of course Emer was ready to leave though, unlike Cecily she had no goodbyes to make or things to discuss before she departed. Her reason for waiting had been to regain some sort of strength and let Cecily say what she needed to. Now ready the mother and daughter would silently part from Abaven. Where they were going Emer really wasn't sure though that time as a rogue had allowed her to travel all over Alacritia, there was certainly a possibility that she could at least vaguely navigate them around.
