She didnt mind, he would nodd lightly in response, acknowledging it but otherwise brushing those words off as they would move on to speak of other things. His long limbs normally devoured distances but today he was considerate of his company, slowing his pace to a more normal stride. Head would remain lowered, eyes drifting along the boarders and nostrils flaring as they walked along for a moment of silence bettors once again filling the time with words. Usually a man who chose not to speak he was feeling oddly chatty today. She would answer his question almost dismissively, simply stating it had been a season and after a second he would turn his massive skull to regard her easily, brow raised slightly. "And what rank is it you bare? Commoner? After a season perhaps it is time for a promotion. Tell me... What is your name and desired rank?" His voice was a deep rumble to match the storm as he slowed a bit and then stopped, turning to face her completely. He wasn't normally one to hand out ranks but it was useless to have commoners. They did nothing but sit around and eat everything. They needed wolves training, they needed fighters and hunters, healers even. He could do most battle healing himself but it wasn't his specialty that much was for sure.
Speech!
