Freyr hesitated as Kau spoke, his blue eyes narrowed as he got ready to lunge. His golden fur bristled as he spoke, his voice a low growl. "I hope you get your face ripped off. And I hope that I'm the one to do it. I will enjoy every minute of it, and enjoy the terror in what's left of your ugly eyes. I would die for Akemi. I love her, and you will never hurt her again. I will be there to make sure. For now, though, I'll settle with trying to take an ear." With a glance back at Akemi, he made sure that his defenses were okay. He rebalanced his weight, and made sure that his ears were flattened again. His blue eyes narrowed, and he tucked his tail in a little more. Then, with a low growl, he lunged across the borders.
His entire weight was thrown at Kau, hoping to knock the male off balance. No matter if Akemi got mad, she had to know that it was to protect her. This male would regret the day he hurt Freyr's smaller sister twice.
