I'm Cal, I'm a newbie! Totally down to add the traitor-maim to this, just wasn't sure what it should be. Skype: calicofeathers AIM: xcalicofeathersx
Appearance A literal black sheep he is not, but still Kayode retains the omen of dark shading draping his body. With long legs and a stout frame he presents a larger-than-average presence, and confidence exudes from his every pore. Russet creeps up his limbs into shades of brown and tan. An overcoat of black guardhairs is draped across his shoulders with peppery grey accents. Russet ears meld into a dark brow. Black shades the corners of his eyes and shifts into the long fur of his cheeks with sweeping arcs. Expressive rust brows accent eyes the color of sun-drenched whiskey. His bright white chin all but disappears at the dark clasp of fur about his throat. Despite it all he carries himself with pride. His stature lends itself well to the battles he's fought, and those still to come. The scars of the past are hidden for now, buried beneath regrown fur and regrown pride. But the discerning eye can see the ache in Kayode's face, the resentment, the bitterness. To strangers he masks it with cunning smirks and a laid-back laugh. Personality Despite his traitor's brand, Kayode still retains many of the values that the Tahtla hold so dear. He is faithful to the Aika, and powerfully steadfast in his beliefs. The desire for loyalty and family run strong, and he is ever sensitive to betrayal. He is highly respectful of those above him, until he feels they are working against the good of the pack. What drives him above all else is the desire to do for the greater good. It is marred by a streak of ambitious pride, yet he believes his choices to be just. And it was this that drove him to stand against the Elders. The Northern wolves would come, and their beliefs would be defiled in even more sinister ways than laying claim to land. But he had been defeated, and in his mind his banishment was the ultimate disloyalty. Vengeance has crept into his heart and strung its way through the workings of his being. He is tortured by the separation from his family and his goddess, and yet his pride keeps him moving forward An inherent adaptability is what has kept him alive this long. This traitor's life is hard, but he will walk it. He is a talkative, flirtatious, and generally friendly wolf, preferring to socialize rather than fight. But Kayode's rebellious streak goes deep. While he enjoys the company of others, he is often hot-headed and prone to escalating arguments rather than diffusing them. He counts his lucky stars he has the physical strength to back up his sly tongue. Compounding on that will only carry him into the future. |
