Glad you came

Hymn marched happily around the springs, occasionally lifting upon his hind paws to gaze past the lip, front paws supporting him. He has asked his birth mother about them once and she had told him not to enter, he was too small and the water was too deep for him still. Then his other mother had distracted him with a game of tag. Now he stared at the water, rising the mist rising from the hot surface, he snapped his muzzle forwards and attempted to catch the steam but after a few tries he gave up.
Landing heavily upon all fours again he chased a lady bug before once more growing bored, brilliant blues searching for someone to play with.
