Dwindling Numbers

Australis had been out in the prairie once again, one of the claimed areas that he found himself in a lot as of late. But this time it wasn't to just think or to hunt something for the small family pack, no, he was watching the herds of prey they depended on dwindle day by day. Aqua eyes narrowed, tail flicking with irritation. The animals were migrating for the coming winter, and leaving small numbers each week. This was not good, Secretua's main food source was moving away and they would need to find something smaller and still in these lands to feed off when everything else becomes scarce.
