First fight, yay! :D
The lightly colored male confirmed Hercules' question, even offering him the first move. The boy dipped his head to this, not really caring who took the first move as long as he got the spar he had come here looking for. Almost immediately another male would appear, smaller in size than the two but held himself in a way that would let the Olympian boy know he was older. Brows came together as he looked to this new member, lips curling up, thinking that they were going to try and ambush him. But no, the chocolate colored man was encouraging and supporting the lighter one. With that Hercules' lips would fall over his lips, straightening himself up as he realized this was just an observer. Orange-red eyes narrowed, observing the defenses the other boy was putting up as he awaited his opponent to make the move. It made him wonder if he should have known about these things, were those the basics? Why did he father not teach him these things? Or was it that he thought his son was still too young to learn such a thing? Whatever it was he would shake his head and clear his throat, lifting his right paw off the ground and giving it a small shake then repeating the same thing with his left paw. Hercules would try to mirror some of the defenses while taking into account they would have to be altered every second once he was up close and personal with Felicien. His eyes narrowed once more, brows coming close together in a furrow and ears pinned back against his skull. Tail rose and become aligned with his spine as well as his neck, followed by his head. Legs spread evenly apart beneath his frame and he tightened his gut. "Alright." He whispered quietly to himself, ready to get this spar started. With a deep breath he would charge forward, going for a full frontal attack. Distance between the two close quickly, narrowed eyes focused on Felicien, but rather than go straight, Hercules' body would begin moving towards his [feli's left] right. The back end of his body drifted out and to the right while the front half remained pointed left, towards Felicien. (ref link!) Knees bent and pushed him forward quickly, front limbs angled back so that he wasn't throwing his whole body into the other male. Shoulders rolled forward the same time his head lunged, jaws parting, aiming to land a bite on Felicien's lower left neck area just in front of the shoulder. (ref link! / red) Hercules was attempting to grab hold of the flesh, and if he was able to he would rotate his head left at a 90 degree and try to pull back and down. A right foreleg would then try to lift off the ground with the head rotation and attempt to hook over, and behind, the small shoulder hump of Felicien's back. (ref link! / blue) If successful in hooking onto this part of the back Hercules will try to pull his opponent towards him. Neck, gut and side muscles tensed up with the attacks. Ears remained pinned, eyes narrowed and brows furrowed with tail out for balance. With the lunge forward his back legs were spread evenly apart with claws digging forward and into the ground to assist him keeping him planted. The left foreleg still on the ground was also digging its claws into the ground while angled to keep him from falling forward and left. Shoulders are rolled forward with the neck attack.
