Her silver eyes met his golden ones before dwelling on the deep gash that lay permanently on his maw. She tilted her back and licked it fervently, trying to heal it though her attempts made no difference. She looked back into his golden orbs and glanced back and forth worriedly. "You-you're okay right?" she hesitated, her simple question meaning a lot more than she let on. She trembled, worried that his thinking had led to some decisions of his being regretted.
