Motif would smile gently at her friend, looking up over her work to do so as the other spoke. ?At least all this can be fixed and replaced ? your life could not have been done so? she pointed out, preferring the damage to the den to any damage that might have happened to her friend if she had stayed to look after her herbs and home. After speaking she turned her attention to the earth once more, she kicked soft dirt from further out to fill in the howl and packed it in bit by bit, grabbing more dire once the first part was secure, until the earth was filled enough to offer structure to the den. When she was finished she moved her attention to Nona to see how she was going with her own work and to see if she needed help. She also took a step back to survey the den and see which objects they should take pains to clear out. She noticed Nona's work had slowed and her heart went out to the other, it couldn't be easy seeing her home and hard work destroyed so thoroughly. ?If you show me what to pick I can help you restore some of your collection?? she asked, as gentle as before. |
