His paws would lead him through oddly formed hills, passing by lifeless fallen trees. He really gave no interest in the landscape around him. He kept his eyes narrowed on the path he was travelling on, wherever it may lead. Perhaps leading a life of solitariness wasn't the best of his options, after all, what was he really doing? He had seen none of those...what do you call them? Those creatures with their loud yappy barks? Ah, yes, wolves. He had not seen any of those recently, or any other animal for that matter.

The feline would delicately stalk through his surroundings, stretching every one of his long limbs. Sunlight warmed his spotted chocolate pelt, whispering to him how nice it would be to bask in the sun. It did sound nice, but he had to get his tail out of these barren lands and perhaps find himself an open and luscious moor or forest to call home.

It was a scent that caught his attention, a brisk and awful smell that his cat nose could not cope with. Wolf! Close to him! He would give an agitated snort. There better not be one of those creatures nearby.
