Exodus would feel the ground scratch as a crippled woman would came to his side and insisted that he come with her. He wasn't a man of resistance, if anything he were too nice in any type of situation. If someone decided they wanted to take one of his ears for the fun of it, he would probably just sit there a let them have it. He tried to lean on her to stand, but his paws were still rolling on the ankles and felt limp and numb as he tried to stand. But not too long after, a booming sound from a man had erupted into his ears. He almost coward to the noise but didn't turn to actually face the man at all. He seemed pretty nice, the words he spoke but Exodus didn't have too much of a kinding to men since he didn't have a father until Scorpion. But that wasn't the best experience to have as a "first father," someone who ended up sleeping around and didn't pay too much mind to the handicapped boy. Kassander seemed pretty nice, but he was still a pup. In any case, Exodus would go with the man. Not because he was scared, but because he was far too kind to say no. But as he came too the young pups side as if take take Exodus off the woman's paws, Exodus wouldn't move. And again, not because he was frightened, but this time he had run out of any energy to move. He had even felt himself starting to slip into fainting. It had all been so sudden, his collapse, his hunger, and now his true weakness starting to show. "Speech" |
