She flew in a rage, anger so unusual upon the girl that she wondered if the earth trembled with each step she took. As she arrived upon the field she slowed, frowning as she gazed at her mother drawing in what the white woman said and though she was not happy with it she started to draw back. Then the sunny woman did something that Canta had never thought she'd ever see. Anger once more overflowed in her and she jumped towards Jupiter. "You were never a villain!" She screeched, ears pulling back and fangs barring. "The pack needed a constant presence and with you gone someone had to step in! There was never any negative judgement aimed at you!" She glared at the woman. "This is what makes you a villain! Cross this line and you will be the bad guy, always! Sawtooth will never bow to you!" She stood strong defiance in her face. "My mother bled, she cried and nearly died for this pack, for this family! You will never own us! You can hold us but we will fight you at ever turn, you will crumble from within, and when a weakness is seen you will be destroyed!" |
