I don't deserve this life.

Her white brother was right. He confirmed her thoughts percisely. Not the Harmony that came before the storm, but the one after the storm. He didn't seem to want to be here... And it stabbed Harmony in the heart. She didn't ever want to annoy anyone. Esperanza had given birth to her pups without her help, which she should have been there for, and Nona was still yet an apprentice. She had failed Abaven, indeed. At the sound of being removed from her rank or even Abaven entirely shot a wound into her ribs, the bullet nestling between her bones painfully. Harmony never wanted this. But then the man's mood lightened a bit, a snorting sound emitting from his lips. "But you got right back up. You didn't let those feelings pin you down, did you? Abaven knows that you can be capable of pain, but really, everyone is. That's what makes us unique and individual, and we overcome those weaknesses as one family." Abruptly, she would stand, a smile forced onto her features and tail slashing the air. "Well, that's enough sadness today... The first step could be playtime. Just like old times." She pondered what Ahlon was doing without their youngest children? Did they have another litter to fill the gap they had left behind? They wouldn't do it that easily, right? That was a thought for later. She whirled about 90? and gave a yip to the skies. "I think Abaven should host a festival... Maybe bind us all ever closer. And bind our allies together so we can fight alongside each other as one family." There already were suggestions and ideas for such an event, but why not. "On that subject... Do you want to spar? I've been practicing." |
