Hey would lay still, silence overcame the both of them. They laid into each other's body letting the embrace drop them into sleep. Zola would only lay longer awake, memorizing the scent of her brother. But then he would speak before letting the darkness sink in. "I love you too Lian." She would only whisper, being instinct in the silence. But she didn't fall asleep just yet. She would wait for her mother to come back, stretching her eyelids open until she couldn't hold them anymore. When would mother come back?
