Trica sniffles once more before allowing her head to be pushed into his soft fur. She still felt terrible, but his comforting words had knocked some sense into her, even if it had been harsh. Her eyes closed as she leaned further into his fur, breathing in his sweet smell. "I-I am so sorry.." she whispered, but this time, not about the pup.
