Fun in the Pond

Cyan eyes searched the weeping willows, looking for any sign of the pond she scented. Russet fur gleamed in the moonlight as she searched for the pool, soon her lavender laced eyes landed on the rippling pool in front of her, lily pads peeking out of its surface. Sashaying her way over to the gleaming surface, she smiled. Her single black paw dipped into the crystal clear water, testing its temperature. Water droplets flung into the air as she whipped her striped leg out of the water. Amusement ignited her cyan gaze as she dipped her black paw back into the clear liquid and flung it out. She was playing like a puppy but it amused her greatly. |
