She's Got The Look

A squeal of delight would echo throughout the swamp, disturbing the resting birds. Her paws slunk into the thick marshy sludge, staining her ruffled ebony cloak. She promised herself to reach maturity before her second year of age, but she could not resist to splash about. Memories of her adventurous puphood returned as she dunked her whole weight into the water. Was she ever going to grow out of her weird childish ways? Putting an end to her fun, she dragged herself across the water, avoiding the large sticks that lay as obstacles in her path. She found a small marsh shore to rest her exhausted paws while cleaning her sticky fur. What was this place? And how far was it from home? It faintly reminded her of that second meeting with an old friend. Unfortunately, she had not encountered anyone in her exploration so far. Why must she try to have fun by herself? Seating herself comfortably on her haunches, she patiently awaited for nothing in particular. Perhaps she was waiting for an opportunity. Walk "Talk" Think |
