A sudden tone of a soft called hello would reach her ears, the ivory firl skittishly lifting up her posture and backing away from the lake slowly. Her tail would instinctively tuck itself between her legs, her stance becoming small as she sank upon her haunches, eyes wide and ears alert for any other sudden movements that would make her spring. Sapphire blue audits would quickly scan over the girl's appearance, Rue making sure to avoid direct eye contact. A small and shy smile would trace itself onto her obsidian lips, maw opening as her words dropped from her mouth in a greeting to the girl. "H.. Hola," she would say in a soft tone, worried about the girl possibly snapping since she hadn't replied to her in English.. A confusing language for the young girl. |
