Sizzling Like Your Stare.

She would hear him before she caught his scent, large paw steps disturbing the silencing aura of the winter, the woman's gaze slowly rising to meet that of a large, blankly earthy colored wolf, his appearance not that all entertaining. The words that tumbled from his lips were held with a low timbre, his tone calm, yet she could sense the intensity in the air between them.

"What serpent comes slithering so quietly across the snows? Shouldn't you be... hibernating?"

A chuckle would escape her lips, the ivory Queen meeting his gaze of Emerald Green. "Serpent is right. Slithering? More like stalking." The words would shoot out of her mouth and shatter like broken glass, her own timbre holding a sort of cold, emotionless tone. "Hibernation? Don't bears do that?" Her voice was softer this time, lighter pitched. She tried to make a joke of it, awkwardly dropping her gaze of gold and violet onto the pale, white snow.

The male smelled just like Little Red Riding Hood, both of the wolves holding the scent of Regium's pack. She took little notice of it, though, sinking down upon her haunches and waiting for the male's response.
