Ooops

An annoyingly chipper voice outside his den roused the giant from his sleep. One eye peeped open to assess the situation. Valentine loathed mornings and those who enjoyed them. Cascade appeared to be a morning person and the brute's opinion on her lowered significantly (at least for the time being). His open eye narrowed. Grumpily, he whined, "Go away."

She continued to speak - her gleeful voice grating on his nerves - and in response Valentine petulantly flung a massive paw over his face. "Don't make me come in there..." Cascade's threat drew an ill humored growl from him. If she wanted him up, she was indeed going to have to make him. Saucily, he snapped, "Do your worst."
