description ? Located almost dead-center of the island, Algoma Prairie is a beautiful patch of land that is consistently teeming with a multitude of flora aside from the wintertime, when a thin layer of snow blankets the grassy expanse and the winter winds strip the flora of their petals. Towards the eastern edge of the prairie resides a small creek not even deep enough to consume the smallest of puppies, providing any who cross it with the opportunity to cool down or replenish their thirst. The prairie is a hot-spot for grazing animals such as deer and elk, but it also serves as a home for smaller prey like rabbits, making it an ideal location for hunting.

description What was once a deciduous forest teeming with both plant and animal life has been reduced to nothing but ash and soot. Fallen trees ridden of their leaves and fruits are the sole remains littering the debris-encrusted floor of the Saratoga Wood that recently experienced a vehement forest fire, never able to recover from the tragedy. The prominent aroma of smoke lingers in the air still shrouded with dust particles, complicating breathing here slightly. The once-wood is now as desolate as can be, for neither prey nor predator wish to permanently bed in an area void of food or water.
