It rendered her still and speechless how easily he was able to capture her. She wasn't sure how long she had spent admiring his form sleeping on the floor of their den. His chest rising and falling with each deep and steady breath. She had near lost him. Her selfishness and near-sighted ambition had nearly cost her the one thing she held most dear. Her two-toned gaze traversed the length of his bodice as he slumbered peacefully, she was tempted to leave him be, to let him slumber long into the morning, God knows he needed it, God knows she needed it, but she couldn't yet rest. She had packs to see too, Valhalla, Glaciem... perhaps even a trip to the rest would be mandatory, hopefully Nnoitra would be willing to help her. She needed him to awaken, she had places to go, people to see too an alliance.

She watched him, not bothering to hide her love or adoration for him as he slowly came awake, eyes blinking back the refuse of sleep and jaws splaying wide in a heavy yawn, he would turn to her, pink ribbon lapping at the tip of her nose as a laugh rumbled up through his chest. A smile cracked the stony facade of her visage and she nuzzled the side of his maw, eyes falling shut and ears falling to rest against her cranium as a contented purr rumbled up through her vocals. Her muscles relaxed, her body leaning into his own. She was safe here, he had forgiven her, they would be fine.

He smelled her mornings kill and his voice would rumble, still thick with sleep, caressing her ears like a silky promise, she shivered against him, suppressing the soft moan as his tongue lashed the underside of her jaw, his face burying into the nape of her neck. She rumbled her contentment, her own tongue bathing his neck in soft kisses. She would be content to lie here forever with him, she loved him dearly. She blinked tiredly. Eyes falling to her kill. "Always, for you." Her voice was soft, gentle, rumbling with the whisper in which she breathed the words into his skin. She trapped him in her embrace, unwilling to release him, but with a grumble, she rose to retrieve their meal before collapsing in the same spot, winding her neck around the base of his own in a loving embrace.

"I suppose the best place to start would be with my banishment of Morphine. Do you have any of your own questions before I begin?" Her lyrics would fall into the strong muscles of his shoulder as she awaited his response.
