She was deep in the burrowed group of her siblings when she heard her dad's voice. Bellona let out a grumble of disapproval until she registered what his words meant. They got to go outside! She shot to her feet, shaking herself to clear the sleep from her eyes and mind, and scurried up after her brother and father. Atreides was the first one up and she gave him a rueful look as she approached. Why'd he have to beat her?! "Dad?" She chirped as she bounced towards him. "Can we learn to fight?! I wanna chase a bear like Momma did." She said excitedly, reflecting on the story she'd heard as a pup. Momma was a bear-fighter! She wanted to do it too! Momma had even showed her scars! Maybe they'd meet some of the family. Momma said it was really really big! Where was Momma? She turned back toward the den and let out her best howl- which sounded more like a shrill whine at best. "Momma!! Come out!" She called, her little tail waving behind her. She turned her attenion back to her Daddy, her ivory lashes fluttering over her mixed colored eyes, before she bounced around, and bounded over to Artreides. "Let's do something!" She called.
