round here the sky's a little closer a little closer to the ground
Aslan was certainly a rather decent mixture of genetics from his parents. The height of course was rather unexplainable though the deep chocolate of his coat was so alike his father's and the markings around his mismatched eyes were unmistakeably from his mother. Bass on the other hand, whilst there were similarities of course amongst his family didn't really posses traits that Aslan could immediately distinguish; he didn't know his Aunt Lyric and Uncle Darilnor by anything other than name.
Bass was quick to begin the introduction however, his name the boy was familiar with and now at last he had a face to match to the Azat he had heard mentioned before. "I'm Aslan. The tall boy responded with his own name. "I thought it was about time I paid a visit to the family in Abaven." It was a shame that it hadn't happened sooner, but life had apparently gotten busy and casual meetings with other family members simply hadn't always been practical. Now he was old enough to set them up on his own without getting into any sort of trouble, his parent's hadn't exactly been overly thrilled when he had first began his little adventures to meet wolves in the neighbouring packs.
it's hard for someone to get lost here harder still to get found
